Oddly, medical culture here in the Denver area involves medical personnel at all levels who aren't shirty, and who listen to patients. I came in extremely wary of medical systems and their agents, but years of information as I visited a wide variety of people undergoing treatment, along with my family's experience, convinced me of this marvel.
