Ah, books. Old books, new books. So many worthy of celebrating and sniffing at deeply. I'll investigate KING SPRUCE and add it my teetering pile. I have the exact opposite of reader's block: I read to fill every corner of my mind with interest and beauty and floods of imagery. I read middle-grade fiction and erudite critiques of painters and collage artists and contemorary/popular fiction and self-help (of a more spiritual turn) and books about how to be more creative and even books that say I should stop reading so many books if I want to be more creative. But I won't. And I'll definitely put KING SPRUCE on the list.
