Yesterday I was walking home from Waitrose, not really *looking* at things, but seeing them in that cock-eyed, randomly contested way one does, and I thought, "Oh, dear, why would someone have a crow small-caged on the grass? Oh, NO, it looks weirdly injured!" And when I really looked, it was a light to display the church wall, in a security cage.
